Healthy Sprouts SALAD

Ingredients:

Sprouted Moong beans - 1/2 cup

Sprouted black channa - 1/4 cup

Grated carrot - 1/2 cup

Grated beet root - 1/4 cup

Finely chopped cucumber - 1/2 cup

Finely chopped onion - 1/4 cup

Finely chopped tomato - 1/4 cup

Finely chopped cilantro and coriander leaves  - 1/4 cup

Lime juice - 2 spoons

Black pepper - 1/2 spoon

Salt to taste.





Procedure:

1.The procedure is so simple,mix all the ingredients together...the salad is ready!!!Need no gas :-) !!

2.This salad has all the goodness like protein,minerals,keratin etc.Have this tasty salad twice a week.Make life healthy.Gud day!!!
